Community-based Family Intervention Programmes

Introduction of Programmes

Community-based family intervention programmes are a series of educational activities in groups and within communities, which have been jointly developed by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in partnership with four NGOs.

It delivers family intervention groups using four evidence-based approaches for vulnerable families facing adversity, implemented across schools and community service settings: 
  • "Family Adventure Challenge" Group
  • "Family Art Experience" Group
  • "Family Photo Album" Group
  • "Family Mindfulness Journey" Group
